Travel and courteous discussions greatly broaden the mind, so I travel if I can and am always up for a vigorous, respectful discussion. Yes, no problem over here. I enjoy them in salads. It’s surprising how many people I know dislike beetroot for whatever reason as it’s delicious especially with goat cheese and is packed with vitamins.

Goats cheese and beetroot is a lovely combination. I am a big fan of beetroot anyway. My kids liked it too- that amazed some friends. “A child that eats beetroot,” they exclaimed! And we thought it was normal.
